No. It is a mobile ordering website that prepares a structured order message and opens WhatsApp for the customer to send it.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. A normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number can receive the prepared messages. API automation is a separate service.
Can this work for a bakery, cafe or home-based food business?
Yes. Customers browse your menu, pick options or add-ons, review the cart and send the order to WhatsApp for pickup, takeaway or preorder. You confirm in WhatsApp.
Can customers pay online?
