Amy attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), London. Competition for a place on this course is very high and less than 1% of applicants get accepted.
Amy was also runner up for the prestigious Carleton Hobbs award (BBC Radio 4)
Acting experience:
• Professional Actress for over 20 years who has worked on the West End, New York's Broadway and at the RSC (Royal Shakespeare Company).
• Worked at the BBC, Channel 4 & in film.
• Worked with world-renowned voice coaches at RADA, the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and the Royal National Theatre.
FAQ
Are you able to record longer voiceovers such as audio books?
Yes - I would be happy to discuss this with you. Obviously I would only be able to offer this to someone who held the rights to a publication and would want to be satisfied of this before proceeding with the recording.
Do you have a genuine British accent?
Yes, I am very proud to be Buckinghamshire born and bred! I live in the town where 'Amazing Grace' was written by poets: Cowper and Newton. I also attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London - other alumni include Lord Richard Attenborough, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Alan Rickman, Tom Hiddleston
