Give the next person clear instructions for a task you already do. I will turn your notes, recordings and permitted screenshots into a step-by-step work guide, also called an SOP.
Basic covers one work process of up to 8 steps. Standard covers one work process of up to 15 steps and 3 exception paths. Premium covers two connected work processes with up to 25 total steps and 5 exceptions. Each package caps source recording length and document size.
Receive editable DOCX and PDF, completion checklists and diagrams where included. I explain who does each step, what they need, when the task is finished and where to get help. A separate AI-assisted review walks through the instructions to look for gaps; this is a simulation, not a human usability test.
This documents the agreed existing process; it does not redesign your organization or change live systems. Supply a normal case, common exceptions and current tool versions. Basic includes one revision round; Standard and Premium include two.

Will you redesign the whole operation?
No. I document and clarify the agreed existing work process. Major process redesign, live system changes and staff training are separate.
What exactly do I receive?
Basic receives a DOCX/PDF SOP and one checklist. Standard adds one diagram; Premium supplies two work processes, two checklists, two diagrams and a walkthrough script. Diagram SVG and editable source text apply only to Standard/Premium.
What counts as a revision?
One round means one consolidated list of changes within the approved brief and agreed quantities. Basic includes one round; Standard and Premium include two. A new concept, extra item or new work process is separately scoped. Corrections of our delivery errors do not consume a stylistic revision.
What must be ready before production starts?
Supply recordings/notes within the tier caps, who does the work, how you know it is finished, exception cases and current software versions. We confirm the input set and checks the work must pass before production.
Can AI be used in this work?
We agree tool use and privacy needs before production. Any AI-assisted material is reviewed and refined against the brief. We do not upload confidential inputs without permission, and third-party elements retain their own license conditions.
Can I request work beyond the package?
The scoped extra is one additional exception path. One documented exception with up to 3 steps and a return or escalation point. Any different input set, concept or work process requires a separate written scope.
Is the checklist inside the page cap?
The manual page and word caps include cover, contents and appendices. The separately listed checklists, tier-specific diagrams and Premium walkthrough script are additional named files.
