Message me before ordering — if I'm at my desk (most of the day, GMT+5) I'll confirm immediately. Add the emergency extra and diagnosis starts as soon as I have access.
How do you access my server? Is that safe?
You create a temporary sudo user for me (I'll send the exact one-line command), and we share credentials only through Fiverr. When the job is done, you delete that user — I'll remind you. I never need your root password or hosting account login.
i think my server was hacked. Can you help?
Yes — I'll isolate the damage, clean the server, close the hole it came through, and harden it so it doesn't repeat. If the compromise is deep, the honest fix is a clean rebuild + migration; I'll tell you which one you need before you pay for anything.
Can you keep maintaining my server every month?
Yes. Start with the 30-days-support extra; if you want ongoing care after that, I offer monthly custom offers through Fiverr (updates, monitoring, backups checked, priority response).
My emails go to spam. Is that a server problem?
Usually it's DNS: missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, or a blacklisted IP. I ran production mail infrastructure — take the email deliverability extra and I'll fix the records, test against the major providers, and show you the before/after scores.
Which package do I need?
One specific thing broken → Basic. New/messy server that needs to be made solid → Standard. Anything a business depends on → Premium, because backups and monitoring are what save you next time.
