My Drupal site is down or showing a white screen. Can you fix it?
Yes. Send me the site URL and any error message you see. I will diagnose the cause, whether it is a failed update, module conflict or PHP error, and tell you the fix time before you place the order.
Do you need access to my site, and how do you handle credentials?
For most work I need Drupal admin access, plus hosting or SSH access for updates and migrations. Please share credentials only inside the Fiverr order page, never in a public message, and feel free to change them once the work is delivered.
Do you take a backup before making changes?
Always. I take a full database and file backup before any update or migration, and I work on a staging copy whenever your hosting allows it, so your live site can be restored straight away if anything goes wrong.
Do you offer ongoing Drupal maintenance and support?
