Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes, please. Send your WordPress site URL, a screenshot or a short video of the issue and when it started. I check it and tell you which package fits and how long the fix takes, so you never pay for the wrong package. Most small WordPress fixes are delivered within 24 hours.
What access do you need to fix my WordPress site?
A WordPress admin account, plus hosting or FTP access when the error is at server level (critical error, 500 error, database error). I create a full backup first and change nothing outside the fix. You can remove my access as soon as the order is delivered.
Can you fix a WordPress critical error or white screen?
Yes. The critical error and the white screen of death usually come from a plugin conflict, a theme error or a PHP version change. I read the error logs, find the plugin or file that breaks the site, fix it and bring your WordPress website back online without losing content.
Do you fix WooCommerce and Elementor issues?
Yes. WooCommerce fix: cart, checkout, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), order emails, stock and shipping rules. Elementor fix: broken layouts, editor not loading, missing widgets and responsive issues. Both are common and fully covered by this WordPress bug fix gig.
My WordPress site is hacked. Can you clean it?
Yes, take the Critical Error / Hacked Rescue package. I do the malware removal, clean infected files and the database, remove backdoors and spam users, update everything and add security hardening. You get a short report on how the site was hacked and how to avoid it next time.
What if the issue cannot be fixed?
If I diagnose the issue and the fix is impossible on my side (hosting outage, expired premium license, broken third-party service), I explain why and cancel the order, so you do not pay for nothing. Most WordPress issues and errors can be fixed, and I tell you honestly before you order.
