Do I need to install an app to view the AR experience?
No. It works directly in the mobile browser. No app download required.
What files do I need to provide?
You need to provide a GLB file for Android and a USDZ file for iOS. That's it.
Do you create 3D models?
Yes. I create 3D models on custom order. Contact me before ordering to discuss your requirements and pricing.
What if I only have a GLB file and no USDZ?
The experience will still work on Android. iOS users will see the 3D model in the browser but AR Quick Look will not activate without a USDZ file.
Does it work on all phones?
It works on all modern Android phones with ARCore support and iPhones running iOS 12 or later. Desktop users will see a mobile-only restriction message.
Can I use the link on my website or social media?
Yes. The link works anywhere — WhatsApp, Instagram bio, email, website button, QR code, anywhere.
What if the AR experience doesn't work on my device?
I'll troubleshoot and fix any issues within the revision limit of your chosen package.
