What access do you need?
I may need temporary WordPress administrator access, SMTP or email provider details, and access to your domain DNS settings. The exact requirements depend on the problem and package.
Can you guarantee that all emails will reach the inbox?
No one can guarantee inbox placement. I will correctly configure and test the technical setup, but delivery also depends on domain reputation, message content, sending history, and recipient behavior.
How long do DNS changes take?
Many DNS changes become active within a few minutes or hours, but full propagation can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours.
Does one order cover multiple websites or domains?
No. Each package covers one WordPress website and one domain. Please contact me for a custom offer if you need help with multiple websites or domains.
Which email providers and WordPress forms do you support?
