I will build a fast custom one page landing page website for your business
james hoy
About this gig
Need a single, sharp page that turns visitors into enquiries? I'm James, a UK developer based in Surrey with over 12 years of experience, and I build fast, hand-coded landing pages for small businesses. No WordPress, no bloated themes, no plugins to update.
Your page is built in Next.js, so it loads quickly on phones and ranks well. It goes live on Vercel, a reliable hosting platform, and all the code sits in your own GitHub account. You own everything, outright.
What you get:
- A clean, custom design that matches your brand
- A clear call to action and an enquiry form that emails you
- Mobile-friendly layout and basic search engine setup (Standard & Premium)
- Help connecting your own domain (Standard & Premium)
Recent work: I built Matty's BBQ Chop Shop a custom website with a private booking admin. Matty said: "James was incredibly helpful and patient with me... He's your man if you need anything webby built."
If you grow and need more pages later, I can extend the same site, so nothing gets wasted. Message me before ordering if you're unsure which package fits.

FAQ
Do I need hosting?
No. I deploy to Vercel, which is free for most small sites. You just need a domain name.
Is this WordPress?
No. It's custom code, so there are no plugins or theme updates to worry about, and you own the code in your GitHub.
Can I edit the page myself?
Premium includes a simple private admin. On the other packages, small text changes after delivery are quick and cheap.
