Which platforms does this gig cover?
MoodleCloud, Tutor LMS, and LearnDash. Each package covers one platform. MoodleCloud is the main focus; Tutor LMS and LearnDash are alternative WordPress LMS options.
Do you install self-hosted Moodle?
These packages cover MoodleCloud configuration, not installing Moodle on your own server. Tell me your platform before ordering so the scope matches your site.But i can help with the server setup
Can you install plugins or themes on MoodleCloud?
MoodleCloud does not allow custom plugin or third-party theme installation. I use its available branding and features. WordPress LMS setup depends on your hosting, plugins, and licenses.
Do I need to provide course content?
Yes. Provide final videos, PDFs, lesson text, and quiz questions with answer keys. Original course writing, video production, and instructional design are not included.
What counts as a lesson and a quiz?
A lesson is one supplied item uploaded as a lesson, resource, or activity. Each quiz includes up to 20 supplied questions. Package lesson limits apply across all included courses.
Are subscriptions and premium licenses included?
No. You provide your MoodleCloud plan or WordPress hosting and any required licenses, including LearnDash or Tutor LMS Pro where needed. Purchases are separate from my service fee.
Can you set up certificates or course payments?
These can be separately quoted after checking your platform, plan, licenses, and available features. They are not included in the listed packages.
Can you improve an existing learning platform?
Yes. Send your site details and requested changes for a scope review. Existing-site work is quoted around the agreed tasks. Migration, custom development, and server maintenance are excluded.
Will you test the setup and show me how to manage it?
I test the agreed learner access, navigation, enrollment, and quiz settings. Premium includes a written admin handover guide; this is also available as an extra for other packages.
