Simply just need your WordPress login access if you install WordPress already. or if you don't install then I need your hosting access. That's all.
Will i get refund if you can't satisfy me
Yes, if you don't like the first draft then you have another option to see the second draft or the second version. But if still can't satisfy you, you will get the refund.
Will i be able to change the content later
yes, you can change your site content later. Or if you face any problem I will teach you how to do that.
My information is not ready, will i still able to start the project
yes, you can. For this, I will use dummy content to design your site and once you will ready your content I will just replace the dummy content.
