Do you provide 3D renderings?
No, I don’t recreate or build out products. However, I can extract 2D images from a few 3D files. Please discuss this with me first if needed.
What kind of product photos do I need to provide?
You should provide product photos from various angles on a clear background. Ensure your photos are well-lit and focused. The more high-quality photos mean more diverse designs.
I don’t have product photos or a DSLR camera. What should I do?
You can use supplier-provided images or take photos with your mobile phone. Just ensure the background is clear, lighting is sufficient, and the photos are focused and original.
Do you do product photo manipulation?
Yes! Photo manipulation is essential for creating professional listing images. It helps present your product in real-life scenarios, making it more reliable and trustworthy to customers.
Are A+ content/EBC images included in this gig?
No, this gig only covers listing image design. I do not provide any copywriting or content-writing services.
What files will I receive upon delivery?
You will receive all images in high-quality JPEG format that meet Amazon’s requirements after you approve the work. PSD or AI source files are available upon request with a gig extra.
If Amazon or eBay disapproves the images, will you revise the design?
Absolutely! We offer after-sale services. Just let me know the changes or suggestions from Amazon, and I’ll help you get your images approved. Disapprovals usually stem from inappropriate wording in the design.
Do you upload my Amazon listings in Seller Central?
No, I only provide the listing image design service. You will need to upload the images to your Seller Central account yourself.
