I will integrate your shopify store with your erp or crm system

About this gig
Your store and your back office don't talk to each other. Someone re-types orders into the ERP every morning. Stock is wrong by lunchtime.
I build the middleware that fixes that.
I've shipped a production Shopify to Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration syncing orders, customers, products and inventory for a retailer, and built a full ERP from scratch for a materials business. I've also published two apps on the Shopify App Store.
WHAT I SYNC
Orders from Shopify into your ERP
Inventory and stock levels back to Shopify
Products, variants, pricing and collections
Customers and companies
Fulfilments and tracking numbers
SYSTEMS
Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, custom REST and SOAP APIs. If yours has an API, I can work with it.
HOW IT'S BUILT
Node.js or NestJS middleware with proper queueing, retry logic and error alerting. Not a Zapier chain that breaks silently. Deployed to your infrastructure or mine.
HOW WE START
Message me with the two systems you need connected and what needs to flow between them. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a two week job or a two month one before you order anything.

FAQ
My ERP is old and has no REST API. Can you still do it?
Often yes. I've worked with SOAP endpoints, OData feeds, and file-drop integrations over SFTP. Send me whatever documentation exists and I'll tell you what's possible.
Why not just use a connector app from the App Store?
If one fits, use it — it's cheaper. Off-the-shelf connectors break down when your field mapping is non-standard, your ERP is customised, or your business rules don't match their assumptions. That's when you need custom middleware.
What happens when the sync fails at 2am?
It retries with backoff, logs the failure, and alerts you. Silent failure is the main reason these integrations lose trust, so it's designed against from the start.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Full repository, documented, with deployment instructions.
Can you handle inventory across multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location stock is one of the more common reasons people need custom middleware rather than an off-the-shelf app.
