Can you work on any WordPress website?
We can work on most WordPress websites. Please message us first if the website uses heavily customized code, an unfamiliar proprietary theme or restricted hosting access.
What access will you require?
We normally require temporary WordPress administrator access and, depending on the problem, hosting panel or SFTP access. Credentials must be shared through Fiverr’s approved communication tools.
Will you make a backup first?
Yes. We will confirm that a usable backup exists or create one when the hosting environment allows it before making material changes.
Do you remove malware?
Malware removal is not included in the standard packages. Please contact us with the symptoms so that we can inspect the scope and prepare a custom offer.
Can you guarantee the issue will never return?
We will repair the confirmed cause within the agreed scope. We cannot guarantee against future hosting failures, new plugin conflicts, compromised credentials or changes made by other administrators.
