What AI model will my bot use?
Whatever fits your needs best. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek, Ollama — I'll recommend the right one based on your use case and budget. You provide the API access, I build the bot.
Do I need my own API key?
Yes, you'll need a legitimate account with your chosen AI provider. I can walk you through setup if you're not sure how. Where free open source options like Ollama or Llama are a good fit for your task, we can use those instead — I'll make sure you understand the tradeoffs.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Source code is included in every package. It's yours to keep, modify, and deploy however you want.
Can the bot be trained on my business data?
The Smart Bot and Full Agent packages include RAG — the bot answers from your actual documents, FAQs, and data. Not generic responses.
What platforms can you deploy to?
Websites, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Slack, and mobile apps. Basic gets one platform, Smart Bot gets up to three, Full Agent is unlimited.
Do you offer hosting after delivery?
