What do you need to start managing my website?
I will need an account on your WordPress installation with admin permissions. Also the Login for your Hoster and Cpanel is necessary to ensure that everything can be done.
My Site has paid plugins and theme do you provide new licenses?
No every outdated license need to be bought by the site owner and i will embed it. I do not work with sites that are build on nulled stuff.
Can you maintain more than one website for me?
Yes, I can manage multiple sites depending on what size they have and how they were build. So it would be helpful if i can take a look inside the website before we start.
Can i contact you before placing order to discuss my problem?
Yeah absolutely you can contact me anytime for a chat just to make sure that we both are on same page and also to make it clear that can i do that or not. If you are unclear about anything i will be happy to assist you.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, I am always online, I work from Monday to Sunday, January to December. I am ready to work every time.
What happens if updates arent possible or other critical errors are coming up?
It depends on as sometimes the issue doesn't come from the website itself and for example from server site. If something like this is the case, i could only give you advice on how to continue for getting a fix. Otherwise i would also have a gig for bug fixing.
Can we make a phone call?
Telephoning is unfortunately not possible, as you have to communicate within the platform according to the terms and conditions. As an alternative, voice messages can be sent.
