What do you need from me to migrate my website?
To migrate or transfer your website, I need your WordPress admin login details and your cPanel/Hoster access. FTP will not work out.
Will my website go down while transfer?
No, it will not be down at all, in just some cases it will stay down. If you want to confirm about it, you can share your hosting details, so I can tell.
Do you transfer from any host to any host?
I worked with the most common hoster, but not all of them. So if you're unsure, you can ask me anytime and i will let you know.
Can you duplicate any website?
It is possible to duplicate 100% if your chosen website is built with WordPress.
Do you also change the DNS after migration?
Yes, a DNS is included in all packages.
Will my domain also get transferred?
No, the domain will stay get your current host as i am only transfer the website to the new host. But i can guide you through the process of transferring the domain as well.
Do you give support even after migration?
Yes, I will give proper support even after if something is damaged or content is missing.
Can we make a phone call?
Telephoning is unfortunately not possible, as you have to communicate within the platform according to the terms and conditions. As an alternative, voice messages can be sent.
