Before you order: send me a link to the API's documentation (or I can find it for you). I'll tell you honestly whether it can be done on Wix, what it will cost, and how long it will take. Some APIs genuinely can't be used from Wix, and I'd rather say so now than after you've paid.

How do I know if my API can be integrated with Wix?
Send me the API documentation link before ordering and I'll confirm. Most REST APIs work. The usual blockers are providers that require a static IP, certain certificate-based authentication, or persistent socket connections — I'll tell you straight away if yours is one of them.
Are my API keys safe?
Yes. All credentials go in Wix's Secrets Manager and are only ever used in backend code. Nothing sensitive is exposed in the browser or to your site's visitors.
Can the data update automatically instead of manually?
Yes — scheduled syncs can run hourly, daily or on a schedule you choose. It's included in Premium and available as an extra on the other tiers.
What if the API provider changes something later?
That does happen — APIs get versioned and tokens expire. You're covered by unlimited revisions for 2 months, and I offer ongoing monitoring and maintenance after that for anything I've built.
Can you handle large amounts of data?
Yes. I've built pipelines handling tens of thousands of daily product updates, using batching and retry logic so the sync doesn't time out or drop records.
I don't have documentation — the provider just sends me a file.
That's fine and it's common. FTP drops, emailed CSVs and XML feeds can all be automated. Send me a sample file and I'll tell you what's possible.
