What is included in the monthly maintenance service?
The service includes WordPress core, plugin and theme updates, a backup before relevant changes, functionality checks, basic security scans, uptime monitoring and a short maintenance summary for one website.
Is this an ongoing subscription?
Each order covers one WordPress website for a 30-day maintenance period. If Fiverr offers the subscription option for this Gig, you can select recurring monthly service. Otherwise, the maintenance can be renewed with a new order or on my website.
Do you create a backup before making updates?
Yes. I create or verify a current backup before performing relevant updates. The available backup method may depend on your hosting provider and WordPress configuration.
Does monitoring include free repairs?
Monitoring helps identify downtime, security warnings and other relevant issues. It does not include unlimited repairs. If an issue requires debugging or extensive work, I will explain the problem and provide a separate quote before making additional changes.
Are premium plugin or theme licenses included?
No. Paid themes, plugins and third-party licenses are not included. The customer must provide valid licenses when they are required for updates or functionality.
What access do you need?
I normally need WordPress administrator access. Depending on the website, hosting, FTP or backup access may also be required. Temporary access credentials are recommended whenever possible.
