Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. I provide a fully managed chatbot - you don’t need any technical setup. I will setup.
Do I need an OpenAI account?
You can choose either option: 1) Fully managed solution using my API - I will charge monthly for this. 2) Your own OpenAI API key for full ownership and control, I would require OpenAI login panel access.
Can the chatbot capture customer leads?
Yes, depend on the package you order, the chatbot can collect name, phone number, email, and customer queries.
Do you provide support after delivery?
