Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and it opens instantly in any browser. No download, no account, no friction — just scan and go.
What do I need to provide after ordering?
Nothing upfront. Within 1 day of your order, I'll send you a private link and a unique access code. You log into your own secure dashboard, fill in your wedding details, and upload your guest list yourself — either one by one or via CSV file (Standard/Premium).
Can I make changes after setting up?
Yes — anytime, as many times as you need. Edit guest names, update seating, change the event program, swap meal choices. Every change updates instantly on the guest lookup page. No extra charge.
What if a guest can't find their name?
The search uses partial name matching — guests only need to type part of their name to find themselves. If a name truly isn't found, a message directs them to check with the organiser.
What is the Digital Blessing Wall?
When guests check in via QR code, they're invited to leave a personal message for you as a couple. Every blessing is saved in your dashboard — a beautiful digital keepsake from everyone who celebrated with you. Premium couples can export the entire blessing wall as a beautifully formatted PDF.
How long does my event stay active?
Your guest page and QR code stay live for 12 months from your wedding date. More than enough time to share the blessing wall with family after the wedding.
Do I pay again to make changes or add more guests?
No. Your payment is one-time per event. All edits and updates are included at no extra charge within your plan's guest limit.
What if I need help setting up?
Message me anytime. I typically respond within 1 hour and will walk you through anything you need step by step.
