About this gig
Hi there, and welcome!
My name is Matteo I'm a freelance graphic designer based in Italy with ten years of experience in graphic design and artwork creation.
Over the past years I developed a style of artwork that can make any album cover unique.
The core of this service is mixed media illustration.
The uniqueness of each medium that I mix within my artworks concur to create a multifaceted complexity that I believe to be perfect for telling stories.
Let's chat about your project!
Should you have any written or visual content that might help me understand the concept you envision for your cover I will encourage you to share it with me.
Ultimately, this will also help you decide whether I'm the right person for your project or not.
Thanks for stopping by. Please contact me before you place an order.

The name’s Matteo but you can call me Weird Wiring. This is how I define a quirky mind that gets inspired by everything and is eager to explore unexpected directions.
My brain is a computer: the top priorities are to collect and file data, which will be reworked into a new form, through experimentation in graphics and music.
Technologies are constantly evolving while the human bond with nature is still strong. There’s a questionable thin line between these two concepts, that’s exactly where the focal point of my work is.

FAQ
Do you use generative AI in your work?
As of now my work process involves little to no AI generation, I use it from time to time to generate visual references for my artworks but that's that. No AI ever ends up in my finalized, upload-ready designs.
