Precision vector tracing and CNC-ready DXF files

Hi,

I'm Elliot - Custom designer/fabricator/artist. ASME-certified welder (Section IX pipe, D1.1 structural) and SolidWorks Professional Certified designer. I trace photos, sketches, or blueprints into clean vector art, then convert it to CNC-ready DXF for laser, plasma, or routing checked against real shop tolerances.

What I do: trace photos/sketches/logos/blueprints into clean vector art; convert art into CNC-ready DXF files; clean up messy/low-res images so geometry cuts cleanly (no stray nodes, duplicate lines, micro-segments); redraw vector files that need fixing.

Good for: cut files, signage, metal art, brackets, event pieces, logos acrylic, wood, leather, metal.

What You get: DXF, AI, PDF, and SVG + source file.

Before ordering: message me for a quote. Pricing here is set for a specific turnaround, not scope if your source is low-quality, hand-drawn, multi-part, or complex. Multi-format 3d versions of extruded patterns available upon request.

What I need to start your work:

  • Reference images (JPG, PNG, vector, PDF, or any format)
  • Dimensions
  • Rough hand-drawn sketches

Let's get you what you need to move forward.

I love solving problems and specialize in one-on-one design to fabrication. I have extensive experience as a Mechanical Designer and Design Engineer. Let me take your idea and turn it into reality. I specialize in reverse-engineering physical parts into clean CAD models and manufacturing drawings, sheet-metal and fabrication-ready design, and mechanical/product design from a sketch or concept. If your project needs someone who understands both the CAD file and the shop floor it's headed to, let's talk.
