Do you work with three-phase rectifier designs?
Currently my designs are focused on single-phase SCR rectifier applications. For three-phase designs, message me before ordering so I can evaluate the scope.
Can you redesign an existing board that is failing?
Yes. If you have a board with reliability issues — unexpected trips, component failures under load, or thermal problems — send me the existing schematic or files and I'll evaluate what needs to change.
Do I need to provide the schematic?
Not necessarily. Basic requires an existing schematic or clear reference. Standard and Premium include full schematic capture from your requirements.
Are the Gerber files compatible with manufacturers like JLCPCB or PCBWay?
Yes. All files are exported following standard manufacturing specs and are compatible with any major PCB manufacturer worldwide.
Can you also design the control firmware for the firing circuit?
Firmware for microcontroller-based firing control can be added as a custom offer. Message me with your requirements before ordering.
