Do you repeatedly copy data from PDF files or Excel workbooks into one clean report?
I will build a local Python workflow that extracts, cleans, merges and validates your data. You will receive a repeatable process that you can run again when new files arrive.

Before development, I review your samples and confirm the exact fields, rules and acceptance checks. Text PDFs and consistent spreadsheets are the best fit. Scanned PDFs, handwriting, changing layouts, OCR and web scraping require a custom review.
My portfolio uses synthetic data to demonstrate the working process. Your production data will not be used in a public example without written permission.

Can you process scanned PDFs?
Possibly, but OCR accuracy depends on scan quality, language and layout. Please send redacted samples first. OCR is not included unless it is written into the order scope.
Will the script work with future files?
Yes, when future files follow the agreed templates and rules. A new layout or new business rule is a scope change and will be quoted separately.
Do you need my confidential data?
Start with redacted samples whenever possible. Do not send passwords, payment card data or personal identity documents. We will agree on the minimum data needed for testing.
What happens when a file cannot be processed safely?
The workflow can place uncertain or failed records into an exception report instead of silently producing incorrect data.
Is a user interface included?
The default delivery is a local script with simple Windows run instructions. A custom interface, cloud deployment or website integration is not included unless stated in the order.
