How is this different from a generic "AI strategy" call?
This produces a written deliverable, not a conversation. You walk away with a 2-page document you can act on, share with your team, or use to scope a bigger engagement. Conversations evaporate; written diagnostics don't.
Do I need a live call?
Not for the Basic tier — it's fully async. You fill out the intake form, I deliver the diagnostic + Loom. If you want a 30-min Q&A call to walk through it with me, upgrade to Standard. Premium adds a longer call plus a live presentation
Will you implement the automations?
