We mostly handle customer support and disputes for PayPal and Stripe, but we can also help with your Klarna and Mollie disputes, and we work with most major helpdesk systems.
What does the €200 monthly MOQ include?
The €200 monthly MOQ covers onboarding, system setup, workflows, reporting and ongoing support management. Tickets are billed separately at €0.70 per ticket.
What does “no MOQ for the first month” mean?
For a limited time, you can start without the €250 monthly minimum in your first month and only pay per handled ticket. From month two, the MOQ applies.
How fast can you start?
After a short free call and onboarding, we usually go live within 24 hours.
Do you fully take over customer support?
Yes. We handle tickets, returns, refunds and disputes end-to-end, so you don’t have to step in unless you want to. We always provide full insights and you'll get multiple.
Do we get a dedicated contact person or a full team?
You get access to multiple contact persons within our team, so there’s always someone available. Your customer support and dispute handling never depend on a single person, ensuring continuity, speed and reliability at all times.
