Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
Yes for Standard and Premium - Shopify lets you grant collaborator access without sharing your password, revocable any time. For Basic (diagnostic only) you can give access OR screen-share with me for 30 minutes so I do the audit live on a call.
How fast can you actually deliver?
Most diagnostics within 24 hours of order. Fixes (Standard/Premium) usually within 48 hours. I never promise faster than I can deliver - early is better than late.
What if you don't find any issues?
Hasn't happened on a store under $5K/mo yet. If it does, I refund in full AND give you a free strategic recommendation report on what to focus on for growth. You don't pay for non-results.
Will I be charged for additional work?
No surprises. If the diagnostic reveals work beyond the package scope, I quote it BEFORE doing anything and you decide. The package price is final for everything I've promised.
Do you work on Shopify Plus stores?
Yes, but Standard/Premium assume Basic or Advanced Shopify plans. Plus stores usually need bigger engagements - message me first with your store details and I'll quote accordingly.
