About this gig
Your Wix form collects leads, but someone still copies them into Slack, a spreadsheet or your CRM by hand.
I connect the form so every submission lands where your team works: a Slack channel, a Google Sheet or HubSpot. Then I prove it with a labeled test submission.
How it's done: with Wix's own automations and apps where they cover it, or with Zapier or Make on your existing account when they don't. I tell you which before I start.
What you get: the working connection, one labeled test per destination, and a short note on what was set up and how to turn it off.
Not included: custom Velo code; paid plans for Zapier, Make, HubSpot or Slack; email deliverability or DNS work; moving old submissions. If one of these is needed, I'll tell you before you order.
I never ask for your password. If access is needed, Wix's own collaborator roles are used, with the minimum role.

Do I need Zapier or Make?
Not always. If Wix's own automations or apps can do it, I use them. If not, I set it up in Zapier or Make on your account, and any paid plan stays yours.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Usually: Wix collaborator access, plus an invite to the Slack workspace, the sheet or HubSpot with the smallest role that works. Never your password.
Can you send old submissions too?
Not in these packages. Message me and I'll tell you if it's possible for your setup.
Will you contact my customers?
No. Test submissions are clearly labeled and come from us.
My site isn't on Wix.
