I find where the submission gets lost, fix it within the package scope and prove it with a labeled test submission.
Common causes I check:
- Notifications going to an old or unchecked address
- Submissions held in the Wix spam tab, so no notification goes out
- Automations paused or never published
- Slack, Sheets or CRM steps that never fire
What you get: the fix, one labeled test, and a short note explaining what was wrong and what changed.
