1. What kind of files do I need to send?
Send us your uncompressed WAV stems (individual tracks: drums, bass, guitars, vocals, etc.), properly aligned to the same start point. If you only need mastering, one final stereo WAV mixdown is enough
2. How do I send large files to you?
Use WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox and send us the download link through Fiverr chat once your order is placed.
3. Can you make my song sound exactly like my favorite artist?
We can get close by using a reference track to match tone, loudness, and overall vibe, but every voice and instrument is different, so it won't be a 1:1 copy. Send us a reference and we'll match the style as closely as possible.
4. Do you specialize in a specific genre?
We focus on rock and metal — down-tuned guitars, aggressive drums, and vocals that cut through a dense mix. That said, we're happy to work on other genres too.
5. How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Need more? Just add the "Additional revision" extra.
6. What's your turnaround time?
Basic: 2 days. Standard: 4 days. Premium: 5 days. Need it faster? Check out our Extra Fast Delivery option.
