Yes. All code is delivered in your Git repository or as a zip, and you own it 100%.
Can you work on my existing project?
Yes. Share the repo and I'll review it before we agree on the price. Spring Boot 2 and 3 are both fine.
Which database do you use?
PostgreSQL by default, but MySQL, MariaDB and MongoDB are also fine.
Do you also build the frontend?
Yes, in Angular. Message me for a custom offer covering backend and frontend.
Is "entity" the same as a table?
Roughly yes: one entity is one main object (for example Customer or Order) with its CRUD endpoints.
