How many days does the design(s) process take?
We have delivery time as you can see it on my gig. We guarantee you to get the emoji done before the delivery time. We NEVER MISS the delivery time and we always been on track.
Why do I need to contact you before ordering?
Because we need to understand exactly what you want before you order it so we can make a emoji according to your brief and if you are still unsure I can make a rough sketch first for you. To save time, we need to graphically understand a lot of the styles that you want to apply to your emoji.
What if I don't have any concept for the design(s)?
Yes that’s totally fine! I have experienced enough to make a emote(s). So If you don’t have enough details about your project, you can reach me out first then I can provide you a rough sketch for free so you can get the rough idea
Can I request a special offer if the package doesn’t meet my requirements?

What is unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions is for minor changes (like color changes, font changes) only to the main theme that you have decided on. Completely changing the main theme does not count towards unlimited revisions.
What should be prepared to order tshirt design(s) from the Wigi_Wigel Team?
You can prepare the name of your design, the figure of your design, and picture’s references of your design.
What if I'm not satisfied yet with my delivery?
We can figure it out together and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY! If you're still not happy, we can guarantee a refund!
