We have delivery time as you can see it on my gig. We guarantee you to get the logo done before the delivery time. We NEVER MISS the delivery time and we always been on track in the logo-process making.
Why do I need to contact you first before ordering?
Because we need to understand exactly what you want before you order it so we can make a logo according to your brief and if you are still unsure I can make a rough sketch first for you. To save time, we need to graphically understand a lot of the styles that you want to apply to your logo.
What if I don’t have a clear idea for logo, can you help me?
Yes of course. I have experienced enough to make a logo. So If you don’t have enough details about your project, you can reach me out first then I can provide you a rough sketch for free so you can get the rough idea
Can I request a special offer if the package doesn’t meet my requirements?
Yes of course. You can send me the details about the special offer on chat first so we can discuss it about your logo creation plans.

Unlimited revisions is for minor changes (like color changes, font changes) only to the main theme that you have decided on. Completely changing the main theme does not count towards unlimited revisions.
What is the difference between Vector Files and Source Files?
A vector file is a format that means your logo can be scaled to any size without losing its original quality.
What is social media kit?

Incredibly professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to verify to me that AI was not being used when I became concerne- including sending a video of the artist actually drawing the art. Also very professionally took all of my notes and feedback and incorporated it, including down to the position of my cat's freckles.
