I turn sketches, PDFs, photos and measurements into clean, accurate 2D floor plans in AutoCAD. I also draw as-built plans for houses and apartments that have no plan, or whose plan doesn't match the real building.
I ask questions when something is unclear instead of guessing, and I tell you early if a measurement looks wrong.

What do you need from me to start?
Send your room measurements (a phone note or a photo of your paper is fine), a few photos of the space, and any old plan you have, even a bad one. Tell me what the drawing is for (renovation, permit, selling, contractor).
I don't know how to measure. Can you help?
Yes. Message me before ordering and I'll tell you exactly what to measure. For each room you need length, width, door and window positions, and wall thickness if you can. A basic tape measure or a laser measure is enough.
How accurate will the drawing be?
I draw exactly from the numbers you give me. The drawing is only as accurate as the measurements, so measure carefully. If something looks wrong or doesn't add up, I'll tell you before I continue.
What if I only have an old plan that doesn't match the real building?
Send the old plan plus your new measurements. I'll update it to match what actually exists.
Is this accepted for a building permit?
I draw the plan clearly, but permit rules differ by country and city. Check what your local office requires and message me if you want to confirm the format before ordering.
