Absolutely, different things work for different people. We'll make a plan that works for you on the basic gig. Some people just come back for the basic gig now and then when they need to refocus, and some people want more structure and regular meetings. We can create what's right for you!

No, not necessarily. A lot of people have 1 session, get on track and just carry on. For some, I meet them weekly, others monthly. It varies. That's what the basic gig is for, as well as to set your initial calls.

We meet in my zoom room, ideally you will have your camera on as it makes for better communication but that's up to you.

I can send a link to my diary for you to find a time. It just makes taking account of the time difference easy.

I try to be relaxed and know life happens, but for this kind of gig it is especially important we both meet our professional commitment to each other, and to getting stuff done. There is a rescheduling fee if you really do need to reschedule. Obviously, there are always extenuating circumstances.

I just need commitment and honesty from you, as well as a desire to actually take action and get stuff done! We can meet regularly, but if you're turning up not having done something we've committed to you're probably going to feel a bit silly. You need to commit to take action.
