FAQ
What happens if I (the buyer) do not turn up for the zoom call I (the buyer) scheduled?
I will be on the call for the duration and the gig will be delivered after the call time you have scheduled has concluded regardless of whether you show up or not. Similar to a hotel reservation, you are paying for a period of time, if you choose not to use the hotel room that is your decision.
Where have your past clients worked?
They've worked at a variety of businesses, both big and small. Some examples are Meta (Facebook), Google, Twitter, TikTok, JPMorgan, Citi Bank, Goldman Sachs, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Pentagram, Landor, Wolff Olins, US Government, UK Government, Civil/Foreign Service, Walmart and even one from Fiverr!
My situation is a little... delicate, is that OK?
Of course. I understand that professional life can be full of unusual and even unpleasant experiences. I have even experienced some myself. Rest assured you will not be able to shock me, and I guarantee you will feel better as soon as you've shared what you're facing.
Do you only work with senior, established professionals?
No, I work with people at every stage of their career. So whether you're just starting out or are a senior executive in a leadership position I'm confident I can help you navigate what you're facing.
This gig seems expensive / inexpensive. How come?
I use my pricing to manage demand, that's it. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down. People helped me on my journey and I really enjoy helping others so try to make myself as accessible as possible here.

Will it take 14 days to meet?
No! I'm usually available within 48 hours. Just ask and I'll send a link to my diary to schedule some time (it makes any time difference easy to understand!)
How do we find a time to meet?
I'll send you a link to my calendar, it just makes taking account of any difference between us easy! We then meet on Zoom, I'll send you a link to my zoom room after purchase.
How do we do the call?
We meet in my personal Zoom room. I'll send the link after purchase.
Do you offer packages?
If you want to then yes I can, although typically one session is more than enough. I never try to upsell multiple sessions or other gigs. I don't think that's cool and that's not my style!
