Do I need to give you my Squarespace login?
Yes, but only temporary access is needed. I recommend creating a separate contributor account for me so you stay in full control, and you can remove access once the project is complete.
How long will my project take?
Simple edits are usually done within 2 days. A full redesign typically takes 5–7 days depending on the size of the site and how quickly I receive your content and feedback.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your current site link (if you have one), your login access, and any branding assets like your logo, photos, or brand colors. If you don't have these yet, I can help guide you on what to prepare.
Will my new site work on mobile?
Yes every site I build or redesign is fully mobile-responsive, since most of your visitors will likely view it on their phone first.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is done?
Yes, I offer post-launch edits and updates as an add-on if you need help maintaining your site after delivery.
Can you help with SEO too?
Yes basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, page structure) is included in Standard and Premium packages, and can be added to Basic on request.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Each package includes revisions (see package details). I'll work with you until the site matches your vision within the agreed revision limit.
