Need a Spanish customer support agent for your live chat or WhatsApp? I will answer your customers in Spanish myself, during a schedule we agree.
I answer every chat myself. AI helps me prepare fast, consistent replies from the info you approve (prices, policies, FAQs), and I read every message before it goes out. No invented answers: anything outside your rules goes to you with a short summary.
What you get:

Hours: Central European Time, Monday to Friday. This overlaps with mornings in Latin America and on the US East Coast.
Access: add me as an agent or linked device, never share your main password. I don't paste your customers' personal data into AI tools.
Not included: phone calls, and refunds or discounts you have not approved.

FAQ
Is this a bot or a real person?
A real person: me. AI helps me draft replies from your approved info, but I read and send every message myself. If you want automatic replies 24/7, ask me about a WhatsApp chatbot.
What hours do you cover?
Monday to Friday, Central European Time. We agree a fixed daily slot before you order. I don't offer 24/7 support.
Which tools can you use?
WhatsApp Business (as a linked device or through your inbox tool), your website chat, email and Google Sheets. If you use another tool (Tidio, Crisp, Zendesk, etc.), tell me before ordering so I can check it.
What happens with complaints, refunds or payments?
I follow your written rules. Anything outside them goes to you with a summary. I never promise refunds, discounts or delivery dates you have not approved.
Is my customers' data safe?
I only use the access you give me for this order, I don't paste customers' personal data into AI tools, and you can remove my access at any time.
