Within the UK a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) is a mandatory document to have for all construction projects as part of the CDM Regs 2015 and regardless of project size. This duty traditionally falls upon the Principal Contractor (PC) to provide. However, I have experienced instances where a Contractor has been required to put one together for their part of the works on behalf of the PC.


I have NVQ Level 7 construction management qualification, along with a Level 7 health and safety qualification with several years experience working within the construction industry.
