The base prices for all packages cover an analysis of up to 6 samples (for example, 3 control samples vs. 3 treatment samples). If your experimental design includes more samples, please message me for a custom offer, as processing time will increase.
Can you analyze data from non-model organisms?
Yes! As long as there is an annotated reference genome and a GTF/GFF file available in public databases (like NCBI or Ensembl), I can perform the analysis. Please contact me before ordering so I can verify the availability of the reference genome for your organism.
Will I receive the scripts used for my analysis?
Yes! If you select the Premium package, I will provide the clean, well-commented R or Python scripts used to generate your results. This ensures complete transparency and reproducibility, making it easy for you to write your methodology section.
