What do I need to get started?
An ActiveCampaign account, an invite adding me as a user, your logo and brand colours, and your goals. I’ll guide you through the rest after you order.
Do you write the email copy?
Yes. Persuasive, on-brand copy is included in every template and automation. You can also send your own copy and I’ll build it in.
Can you fix my existing ActiveCampaign setup?
Yes. I review your automations, tags, forms and lists, fix what’s broken and improve what’s underperforming. Message me first and I’ll confirm the best package.
Which automations are included in each package?
Basic is setup only. Standard includes welcome and lead nurture automations. Premium adds follow-up, onboarding and re-engagement automations.
Can you set up lead scoring and a CRM pipeline?
Yes. Premium includes lead scoring and a deals pipeline. For Basic or Standard, add the CRM Pipeline Setup extra.
Will this improve my deliverability?
Standard and Premium include list cleanup and spam protection guidance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to help your emails reach the inbox. Results depend on your list quality.

How many revisions do I get, and is there a walkthrough?
