Still renaming files, converting exports or building the same report by hand?
I will build a focused Python script for your agreed workflow, with editable source code and a German README. Based in Germany as an Einzelunternehmen, I prefer German communication.
BASIC: 1 small file task, such as renaming files, CSV to Excel or simple parsing.
STANDARD: up to 3 steps: 1 source, processing and 1 Excel or simple PDF output, with logging.
PREMIUM: Standard plus scheduled runs on 1 agreed machine, a config file, error handling and test examples.
Files, a public API or a permitted public website can be scoped. No login automation, CAPTCHA bypass or personal-data harvesting. Larger existing codebases are outside this Gig.
Before ordering, send anonymised input/output examples, data volume and your operating system. We agree the source, limits and acceptance checks first.
14 days of fixes for deviations from the agreed specification are included. Changed sites/APIs and new requirements are separate. Optional 30-day care: $80 for up to 1 hour on the delivered script.

Can we work in German? / Geht das auf Deutsch?
Yes. I work from Germany and prefer German communication. You receive a German README explaining setup, running the script and common errors. We agree the date, number and encoding conventions for your files. Ja: Abstimmung und Anleitung auf Deutsch.
What are the package limits?
One source, one input structure, one output format and one agreed operating system per order. Basic: up to 100 files or 10000 rows per run. Standard/Premium: up to 500 files or 50000 rows per run. Larger files, complex calculations, OCR, GUIs and extra sources require separate scoping.
Which APIs and websites can you use?
Standard/Premium may use 1 documented public API endpoint or a permitted public website with 1 page layout, up to 20 pages per run. We check the source and rate limits first. No login automation, CAPTCHA/bot-protection bypass, prohibited scraping or personal-data lists for cold outreach.
What does scheduled delivery include?
Premium includes scheduling on 1 agreed client machine using Windows Task Scheduler or cron, plus config, logs and test examples. You provide a compatible machine, permissions and any hosting. It must remain available for scheduled runs. Cloud deployment and 24/7 monitoring are separate.
What do I receive and how do I run it?
Editable Python source, dependencies and a README for the agreed OS/Python version. You install the required runtime. No credentials are hardcoded. For file-renaming tasks we agree preview/backup steps. A Windows executable may be added after compatibility review; it is not a full desktop app.
What fixes and monthly support are included?
14 calendar days of fixes for deviations from the agreed spec. Optional care: $80 for 30 days, up to 1 hour total on one delivered script, including one agreed check. New requirements and third-party changes are quoted separately. Book through Fiverr; no automatic renewal.
How do you handle privacy and support response?
Use anonymised samples; no passwords or live personal data in the brief. We agree access, storage/deletion and any required AVV. No external AI use of client data without separate agreement. Active care: first response within 1 business day, Mon-Fri Europe/Berlin, except agreed absences.
Can I add an exe, notifications or another API?
After scoping: Windows exe +$40; one email/Telegram/Slack notification channel +$50; one additional public API endpoint +$60; German video guide up to 5 minutes +$35. Each adds 1 day. Accounts, hosting, licences and signing certificates are separate. Fiverr handles payments and invoices.
