I will build a defined request-handling workflow with Power Automate: capture the request, route it to an owner, update its status and send agreed notifications. Power Apps and Dataverse are available in the app package.
Based in Germany, I operate as an Einzelunternehmen and prefer to work with you in German. My background includes enterprise IT at AOK PLUS through DATAGROUP and the Service Intake project.
You receive the agreed solution in your Microsoft environment, tested scenarios, setup notes and a walkthrough. We agree access and data handling before work starts; development uses anonymised test data.
Includes 30 days of fixes for reproducible defects within the delivered scope. Optional monthly support covers troubleshooting, agreed checks and small adjustments.

What exactly is included in each package?
Basic: 1 flow, 1 trigger, 5 actions, 2 existing connectors. Standard: 1 flow, 10 actions, 3 connectors, 1 approval stage using your existing form/store. Premium: 1 internal Power Apps canvas app, 3 screens, 2 Dataverse tables, 2 flows, 20 actions total, 1 process/user group.
Are REST APIs and OAuth integrations included?
The API count refers to one existing Microsoft service API used through its connector. Bespoke REST APIs, custom connectors, OAuth setup, migrations and external backends require an agreed custom scope. Please contact me before ordering.
What happens after delivery?
30 calendar days of fixes for reproducible defects in my delivered scope and agreed environment are included. New features, changed requirements and third-party changes are separate. Revisions refine the agreed scope; they do not add new functionality.
Can I book ongoing support?
Optional Care: $150/month for up to 2 hours including 1 scheduled check. Care Plus: $350/month for up to 5 hours including up to 4 checks and a brief report. Diagnosis and adjustments use these hours. Extra work is agreed first. Book 1 month or a scoped 3-month programme through Fiverr.
How quickly do you respond during support?
For an active support agreement, first response within 1 business day, Monday-Friday, Europe/Berlin, excluding agreed absences. Resolution depends on the issue and required access. No 24/7 cover. Support covers the agreed existing solution; new integrations are quoted separately.
How do you approach Datenschutz?
We agree permissions and data handling before access. I use your agreed Microsoft environment, least-privilege access and anonymised test data. An AVV can be agreed where required. No client data goes to third-party AI without separate agreement. Retention and access removal are documented.
Do I need Microsoft licences?
Yes. You provide the required Microsoft licences and environment. Premium/custom connectors and Dataverse may require additional licences. I check the required features with you before work starts. Licences, hosting and third-party fees are excluded.
Can you handle larger projects and work in German?
German is my preferred working language; my English is basic. I am based in Germany and operate as an Einzelunternehmen. Larger applications and backend integrations start with scoping and agreed milestones. Fiverr handles order payments and invoices.
