Does the $30 Basic package include a fix?
Yes. Basic includes fixing 1 agreed simple error in 1 existing cloud flow, testing and a short explanation. Message me before ordering so I can check that the issue fits. Larger changes, new flows and administrator tasks require separate scoping.
What is included in the fix packages?
Basic fixes 1 agreed simple error in 1 existing flow. Standard includes up to 3 agreed fixes in 1 flow plus error handling. Premium restores 1 flow within agreed scope, with error handling, a failure alert, testing and documentation. New flows and custom APIs are separate.
Can every flow error be fixed for a package price?
We assess the issue before ordering. Licensing, permissions, unavailable services and external API changes may need action from your administrator or another provider. I agree deliverables and dependencies first; no promise to fix every problem at a flat price.
Do you offer support after the fix?
Fix packages include 30 calendar days of fixes for defects in my delivered changes and agreed environment. Optional Care: $150/month, up to 2 hours and 1 check; Care Plus: $350/month, up to 5 hours and up to 4 checks plus a report. Checks and diagnosis use the hours. New features are separate.
How do support bookings and response times work?
Book 1 month or a scoped 3-month programme through Fiverr. Under an active agreement: first response within 1 business day, Mon-Fri, Europe/Berlin, excluding agreed absences. Resolution depends on the issue and access. No 24/7 cover or automatic subscription is promised. Extra hours are agreed.
How do you handle Datenschutz and access?
We agree data handling, minimum access, retention and any required AVV before work. I use anonymised test data in your agreed Microsoft environment. No client data goes to third-party AI without separate agreement. Do not send passwords, tokens or production personal data in the brief.
Can we work in German and get a business invoice?
Yes, German is my preferred working language; my English is basic. I am based in Germany and operate as an Einzelunternehmen. Fiverr handles invoices and payments for Fiverr orders. Microsoft licences and other third-party fees are excluded from my service prices.
