Accountability and Coaching: Life, ADHD, Dating
About this Gig
Your to-do list keeps growing. You're smart and capable, and you still can't make yourself start. If you have ADHD or this sounds a lot like you, you're not lazy. Most systems just weren't built for your brain.
I'm Zeynep, an ADHD accountability coach. I help you build simple, flexible systems and give you the outside structure that makes starting easier. No shame, no perfect planners.
What we'll work on:
- Breaking big, scary tasks into tiny first steps
- A weekly plan that fits your energy, not a rigid schedule
- Daily check-ins by message
- Body doubling sessions to help you get started and stay focused
For adults who struggle with focus, follow-through, and task paralysis. A diagnosis is not required.
This is coaching, not medical care. I don't diagnose ADHD or give advice about medication.
You receive:
- A 1:1 session (video call or chat on Fiverr)
- A simple written system you can reuse
- Check-ins and body doubling (Standard and Premium)
Want to go deeper, lets build habits together. I can help you wake up earlier and start your day with gratitude and breath work, or help you with your gym strikes!
Message me what you're stuck on, lets do it together.

FAQ
Q: What if I miss a day or fall off track?
A: That's expected, not a failure. We look at what got in the way and adjust the plan so it fits your real life.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. This is practical coaching focused on planning and follow-through. If stress or mood is seriously affecting your life, please talk to a licensed professional.
Q: Can we continue after my package ends?
A: Yes. Add an extra week of check-ins, or I can send you a custom offer for ongoing support.
Q: Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
A: No. This is for anyone who struggles with focus, starting tasks, and follow-through. I don't diagnose ADHD, and coaching doesn't replace medical care.
