How does billing actually work?
You pay the package price up front to get the agent built and live. After that, a separate monthly subscription kicks in that covers hosting, monitoring, and tuning, I'll walk you through exactly how that's set up (weekly-capped contract or monthly milestone) once the build is done.
Why is there a monthly fee on top of the setup price?
The agent doesn't stop working once it's built, it runs every day, so there's ongoing hosting, monitoring, and tuning as your process or data changes. The setup price covers getting it built and live. The monthly fee covers keeping it running well.
Is there a minimum commitment on the monthly subscription?
Yes, 3 months, and that's what makes the lower setup price possible in the first place. If you need to cancel before that point, I'll invoice for whatever part of the build cost hasn't been recovered yet.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the package: Starter is the fastest turnaround, Advanced includes rush delivery. Exact days are listed on each package.
What happens if the agent needs changes after it's live?
That's part of what the monthly subscription covers, tuning and adjustments are ongoing rather than a one-time thing you pay for separately.
