What do you need from me before starting?
A brief overview of your business, your target audience, and what you want the copy to achieve. If you have competitor examples, a brand guide, or past copy that worked (or didn't), even better. But I can work from just a conversation if that's all you have.
Do you research my competitors before writing?
Absolutely, competitor research is the foundation of every project I take on. For my Premium tier, I also include full audience analysis and SEO keyword research. I study what's already converting in your niche and find the gaps your copy can own.
What if I need revisions?
Every package includes revisions; 2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, and 5 for Premium. I want you to be completely satisfied with the final copy. Most clients are happy after the first round because I take the time to understand your needs upfront.
What format do you deliver in?
I deliver in Google Docs or Microsoft Word, whichever you prefer. This makes collaboration easy and lets you comment directly on the copy. I can also provide plain text if that works better for your platform.
