Could you transcribe other languages as well?
Yes, I could, but I could not in good conscience offer it as a service. While I do have a speech-to-text AI model to do machine/mechanical transcription with (like w/ Siri), it doesn't understand context nor structure. In any case, feel free to contact me if you think I could help you.
What if my video or audio is low quality?
Cleaning up the audio is already part of our process. If the audio is too inaudible, we can use filler words to infer or derive the meaning based on its context. We're also including the cleaned speech audio as part of our deliverables to you, so you can consult others how to fix possible errors.
Can I customize my captions/transcription?
Yes, you certainly can! Just pick any font style, font size, font color you want, and send us the link (if it's downloadable) or send us the font files. You can also customize the background color, and its opacity, as well as the text outlines, width and other style elements!
My video exceeds 60 minutes? Do you have a package for that?
In cases where the video exceeds 60 minutes, you can add excess minutes. Or we can both consent to break the project down into separate orders. For example, if you have an 80 min video, we can separate this into a 60 min package and a 20 min package with the deliverable days adding up to 4 days.
