What information do you need from me to get started?
A description of the task you want automated, ideally with an example of what you currently do manually and what the finished result should look like. Screenshots or sample files help a lot. I'll review and send back a fixed price and timeline before any work begins.
Does this work on Mac or Linux?
No, I build for Windows only. If you need cross-platform support, let me know before ordering so I can tell you upfront whether it's a fit.
Do I need to know how to code to use the tool?
No. Every tool comes with a proper graphical interface, buttons, fields, no command line required. You just run the .exe.
Will I get the source code?
Source code is included on the standard and premium packages, and available as an add on for basic. If you want to modify or extend the tool yourself later, just let me know upfront so I include detailed comments too.
What if my task is more complex than the packages describe?
Message me with the details first. Since every task is different, I quote based on what you actually need rather than forcing it into a fixed box. If it's bigger than premium, I'll send a custom offer.
Can the tool connect to things like Google Drive, email, or other online services?
Often yes, depending on the service and whether it has a usable API. Mention it in your task description so I can confirm feasibility before quoting.
What happens if the tool doesn't work as expected after delivery?
Each package includes revisions for exactly this. If something's not working as described, tell me and I'll fix it within the agreed revision count.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after delivery?
Not included by default, but it can be arranged separately if you need updates down the line, just ask.
